If the Install button is grayed out, your Office 365 subscription might have expired. Select your subscription from the list in Renew Office 365 for business to see the steps for how to renew it. Below the reset section in the Office Advanced Options (shown above) is an uninstall link. You’ll then need to re-download and reinstall Microsoft Office.
