Super Eagles stars Alex Iwobi and Ola Aina have been nominated for EA SPORTS FC's Premier League Team of the Season, following standout performances for Fulham and Nottingham Forest, respectively, during the 2024/25 campaign.



Iwobi, thriving in his debut season with Fulham, has posted a personal-best tally of eight goals and five assists in league play, making him one of the Cottagers’ most influential midfielders. His playmaking consistency and attacking drive earned him a spot among midfield nominees that include the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Moisés Caicedo, and Declan Rice.



Meanwhile, Ola Aina has been pivotal in Nottingham Forest’s surprise rise this season, starting 30 consecutive matches before suffering a calf injury in the win over Manchester United. The fullback has contributed two goals and an assist across 2,574 minutes, earning recognition alongside defensive stalwarts like Virgil van Dijk, William Saliba, and Ibrahima Konaté.
