    Does not actually do 194F

    Comes with a bright top light, well built and with normal screws instead of rivets so it seems more repairable than other competitors.Unfortunately, the heating capabilities don't get to the claimed 194F. Room ambient is 78F, dehydrator set to 194F, powered off a battery bank to see it is drawing 840w. 2 hours later the internal temp probe on the top shelf is around 140F. IR temp gun scanning the inside through the window shows a max of 151F. Understandable if the specs claimed to be a 165F-tier dehydrator, but 194F-tier dehydrator this is not.
