    Excellent Customer Service...

    I you live outside of the United States and you purchase a lot on Amazon, Here is what you need to know.- Some appliances need a study 110V ~ 120V or exactly 110V or 120V to operate.- I purchased one and was not able to operate because of the voltage current in my home and that really was not the company's fault. It was a gift for my wife and I was so disappointed. I reached out and even I was not able to return the appliance I received some help from the company and I was so impressed. I received a full refund and I really was not expecting this. I am searching for a voltage regulator now.- The juicer looks very good and easy to operate. I cannot wait until I find a good voltage regulator to start enjoying it.Thank you VitaPlusExcellent Customer Service.

    So far so good!

    Only had this for about 2 weeks, but I am really liking it so far. Very easy to clean, pulp is dry. I will say twice now the juice has started coming out where the pulp should (could be user error) but quickly begins to correct itself (I just throw the pulp/juice back into the process container, so not to waste) it's quiet and I actually really like using it! I have never had a juicer I could just put the produce in to be juiced and walk off to do other things for a few minutes, luv that! I do recommend this juicer, but like I said only had it a couple weeks. I'm changing my review. The auger and holding cup gets stuck and it is near impossible to get it off to clean it, horrible experience.

    To drain off juice from fruit/ veges

    Does not drain well. No centrifical spinning to drain it. It only grinds & not that well; I had to regrind it! Exhausting work!

    Great machine

    This machine is a bit heavier and taller. I have to say that I really like it a lot. I was wasting a lot of the fruit and vegs in my old juicer but this one gets it all. Easier cleanup as well.

    Best juicer for the price! I looked into all those 400-500 dollar juicers and could not take the dive to buy one.This juicer is very easy to put together, clean and the juicing is great. I’m back to my celery juicing and am very happy with my purchase!
