Smooth operation and cafe-quality
I saw a few reviews mentioning the button issue, so I reached out to the brand and they assured me the buttons had been upgraded. I’ve owned a few basic espresso machines before, but this one is on another level. It grinds a perfectly even, compact puck every time and the espresso comes out thick and full-bodied. I buy regular coffee beans and the flavor beats my local coffee shop. The price is extremely attractive compared to Breville or Ninja. When it’s grinding and brewing, the aroma fills the whole house. I love it!

Perfect puck, every time!
Update on button press, using my thumb works all of the time so adding a star. I would highly recommend this espresso maker at this point.Original:This machine could be great and in my opinion, comparable to the other higher priced auto dosers out there. Why the 3 star review? Where it falls short is at the panel, the 1 and 2 shot buttons are really finiky and hard to get working on a single press. While the power button is flawless. The auto dose and tamper work amazing and it's relatively quick. You can do this while the machine is preheating so that a time saver. The pressure gauge is great for dialing in the correct grind, I had a great shot after only two attempts. I think the third shot will be perfect . Start off at the recommended grind setting and adjust up or down from there. In my case, I had to adjust up a few clicks. It does use a lot of coffee but this is also my first espresso machine that uses a 58mm portafilter. The used puck is perfectly formed and actually pretty hard to get out but after a few good firm taps it comes flying out fully formed.Overall a very enjoyable experience if not for the frustration of actuating the shot buttons. Maybe I got a bad panel but if the issue persists and doesn't "break in" or I find the sweet spot, I'll have to return it. I think another reviewer reported a similar issue.

The descale every 2 weeks
Love the machine. I Hate how you have to descale every 2 weeks. I won't have got this. if I would have known!

Handle shattered
This was our first espresso machine, so it’s hard to really compare its reliability to others. However it definitely has some problems that you don’t need experience to notice.1. The handle to the filter basket shattered after normal use. This seems like the most important thing to reinforce… but it looks like it’s just cheap plastic screwed onto a tiny stainless steel end. First a piece that was just glued on fell off. Then the entire handle broke off. This doesn’t make it easy to use.2. The frother doesn’t seem to work all the time.3. The grinder seems inconsistent with its setting. Making it hard to get the perfect pressure for the espresso. Also it was hard reaching out to customer service. They only provide an email on their website and they didn’t respond at all.

Never Going Back – This Machine Made Me Love Making Coffee Again
I used to have a cheap espresso machine, and every time I used it, it felt like a messy chore—complicated to operate, hard to clean, and the coffee never tasted quite right. After a friend recommended the ACASPRESSO espresso machine, I decided to give it a try, and the difference has been night and day.Compared to my old machine, this one is a game changer. The auto grinding, distributing, and tamping functions take all the guesswork out and give me a perfect puck every time. The result? Consistently delicious espresso in just a few easy steps. The milk frothing feature is also a huge upgrade—smooth, dense microfoam that makes every latte feel like a café experience. The build quality and design are top-notch, and it actually makes me look forward to making coffee every day.

A simple grind adjustment turned my shots into true café-quality espresso!
This espresso machine completely exceeded my expectations. It’s very easy to use, and the coffee quality is honestly even better than what I get at a café.At first, I didn’t get a perfect cup—the temperature wasn’t hot enough, there wasn’t much crema, and the portafilter didn’t even form a proper puck. After reaching out to Acaspresso’s customer service, I learned that I needed to adjust the grinder to the 'recommended' grind setting. Once I did that, everything changed.I immediately got a perfect shot, and I also love that I can fine-tune the grind size depending on the beans I’m using and my personal taste.Overall, this is an amazing espresso machine. I’ve truly fallen in love with it, and now I can enjoy café-quality coffee anytime, right at home!

Less than a Year Update (Would NOT Recommend)
I'm very disappointed with this product and the overall customer support experience. It hasn't even been a year since purchased it, and the grinder motor has already stopped working completely. it just gets stuck and will not operate.I reached out to the company via email, and their only response was to tell me to clean the unit, without providing any clear instructions, troubleshooting steps, or explanation about warranty coverage or replacement parts. Considering the product failed within a year, I expected much better support.I followed up to ask what could be done, especially regarding warranty since it hasn't been a full year, but I never received any response back. To make matters worse, it appears their website may no longer be active, which raises serious concerns about the company's reliability and long-term support.Based on my experience, this brand does not seem to stand behind its products or provide proper customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Amazing 🤎
I spent a lot of time researching espresso machines and narrowed it down to this one and the Breville. What really sold me was the combination of features and value for the price. So far, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the auto-tamping function— it makes the process so much easier. The built-in grinder has been a total game changer, and the espresso tastes significantly better than what I was getting from my old pod machine. After making the switch, there’s no way I’d go back!
