  Wow, first time i buy an expensive Mixer, but for now it's worth it , just the pause button and then it starts at a slow speed so it doesn't spill the whole thing. very smart mixer and it's well build , easy to clean and love those Quiet Scraper Beaters that has rubber buttoms.

  Amazing! Wow

  Im not a huge baker but I like to have quality tools when I do bake! I am totally impress! I’ve used it twice. Last time it was for mash potatoes. Never had such fluffy mash potatoes in my life!!!It’s sturdy, beautiful and very well made. I love the pull out ring for the « blades » also reproduce for the electric cord! Brilliant!The light is a very nice add on. And the electronic timer should help greatly when instruction gives you a duration for « beating » .

  This mixer is quiet. It took a moment to figure out the settings because I didn't read the directions. Lol. The light feature is great. It's overpriced, but we kept it and like it!!

  Fantastic Mixer, TERRIBLE Beaters

  My older Cuisinart mixer started dropping its beaters, so I looked at a million reviews and decided to replace it with this more expensive Breville one. Just unpacked it and used it for the first time to make gingerbread cookie dough. The mixer itself is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a serious baker for over 30 years and this is hands down the best hand mixer I’ve ever used—I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The light is an excellent feature, as is the Pause function. I was used to having a timer on my Cuisinart (which was also an excellent mixer, by the way), so it’s nice to have that on this Breville. The slow start is also very good, but I have to say I like the Cuisinart’s slow start better.So why only THREE stars??? Because of THE absolutely ridiculously absurdly STUPID beaters! Did I mention this is the FIRST TIME using it? It’s the first time using it. Everyone here complaining about these beaters is 100% correct. They split immediately, and of course there’s cookie dough inside that can’t be cleaned effectively… which means I now have to take time out from my super busy holiday baking schedule to REMOVE the silicone. So, so stupid.Oh my gosh, Breville, did you even test these before you decided it was a good idea to put them into production?!? And do you even listen to your customers??? Seriously, just STOP with this insanity and start shipping this otherwise excellent mixer with normal beaters! And if you can’t do that, then at least give us an option to replace them with normal ones. Good grief.I’ll keep the mixer because I love it. And I will make a warranty claim to Breville for replacement beaters. But yeah, I’m mad about this.

  Best mixer ever!

  Worth every penny! The selling point for me was the brand but after using it it sells itself! It lights up the bowl, there are different attachments depending upon what you’re doing but the best part is there is a timer IN THE HANDLE!!! When was the last time anyone had a clock with a second hand? I was always using my phone for timing. The more I use it the more I love it!
