  Nice skillet, I like it.

  Yes, I believe using this skillet is more healthful than the typical nonstick. This works well but is not 100% nonstick. Using oil and heating it as instructed makes it almost nonstick but it will stick a bit. However it does clean up rather easily. Having said this, it does not stick with everything but does stick with a few things. Not badly, just enough to be a annoying. I would buy again.

  I’ve been impressed with this titanium pan. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so the food is cooked well. The non-stick surface works great, but it stick little bit which not bad making it easy to cook with little oil. I am very impressed by the quality of this pan!
