    Quality.

This is my 2nd set of Circulon pots & pans. The first set lasted over 10 years. Highly recommend.Rubber grip handles are excellent. Would like pour spout on 2 quart pot as well.I would like the option to buy open stock pieces from a set.

Nice pans, but not so big...

I love Circulon - this is my second set. The first set is 12 years old and I moved it to our second home, as the two most well-used pans needed to be replaced. I bought this set to replace it. I love it, it's beautiful and not as heavy. I have two problems. One is, they are very deep and so the bottom is not as wide, therefore, not so much surface on the stove. This is a problem when you are trying to brown something. The nice rubber-handled lids are lovely to look at, but not deep enough to cover a sandwich on a griddle when you're toasting it. I had to buy 3 extra pans to go with the set, in order to have enough big pans to cook with. And there is only me and my husband, so be aware that they are slender and deep, and the pan lids are shallow. Other than that, lovely, easy to clean and very nice to use.

    Very happy!

I bought this set to replace an aging set of Calphalon hard anodized cookware. Our old set did not have the non-stick coating, and I know how hard it was to clean sometimes, so I was interested in seeing what was new in that arena. I read up on the Circulon and was impressed with what I saw, (you can use metal utensils, dishwasher safe, etc.) I've been buying off Amazon for several years now, and I've never once been unhappy with their service, so when I saw an amazing deal on this set of cookware, I thought I would give it a try. We have a glass-top electric range. My first impressions were that the pots and pans were much thinner than our old set, and I noticed the stainless steel clad bottoms right away. I also thought the set looked so much nicer than our old set. Overall, happy so far. I believe the first thing we cooked were scrambled eggs, and two things came up here:1. We can use lower heat than we used to, and2. NOTHING seems to stick to these pans!VERY happy with the unscientific "scrambled eggs" test. When we washed that pan, we only had to rinse it with the sprayer to get everything to slide out of the pan, no scrubbing needed at all. In fact, these pans are so easy to clean, we don't even bother to put them in the dishwasher, EVERYTHING so far has simply wiped off. One thing I do recommend is to dry them after washing, especially if you have hard water. They spot easily, but if you dry them, they look brand new every time.Because these pots and pans look so nice, we've also resisted the urge to use metal utensils on them just in case - we still have all our nylon utensils from our old set, so we continue to use those. We were so impressed with the looks, we purchased a pot rack / light to hang them from over our kitchen island. And yes, the handles don't have holes that go all the way through (which would have been a little nicer), but they do hang on a hook just fine. After using them for a few months now, we've been very happy. In fact, we bought the la

    Beware the small pans!

I have an older induction rangetop so I did a fair amount of research for a set that was both "stick-free" and induction safe. I have had Circulon pans in the past and have liked their cookware. When I purchased the 11 piece set I was extremely please with the packing (very secure and each piece isolated so not denting or scratching). Oh, I also purchased the 8 inch skillet the month before so that I could actually work/cook with the pans before buying the whole set - just to see if I liked it and that it would work on my induction top. I was very please with the performance, liked the weight, very nice handles and heated evenly with no problems on my rangetop. I was so excited when my set arrived that I put it to work right away. Image my total surprise when the 1-1/2 qt and 2 qt saucepans did not work on my induction top! If you want to test this cookware out like I did, I would suggest you buy a small saucepan first. I have written to Meyers Corp about the problem but have not received an answer yet. Amazon was great about the whole thing because I wrote to them about the small pan difficulty altho I loved all of the rest of the set. They gave me a 40% discount and I still use the pans with an induction disk. Thanks Amazon!
