    Poor heat distribution

Size is good & fits where I had planned to put it. Heats up quickly. There are problems.Very uneven heating, as shown in the attached photo.Start/stop button very difficult to activate. Other buttons are just a light tap. Start/stop takes a LOT of pressure and where you press needs to be just right.Temperature only adjustable in 25 degree increments.Would not recommend.

Great Air Fryer Oven… so far

I’m loving this oven… but have only had it a little over a week. Time will tell if it continues to perform this well. So far I have used this attractive (but fair size) oven to airfry (nice and crispy) and bake and all has turned out really good! Fingers crossed I will continue loving it. :-)

    Cuisinart X-Lg air fryer

Works great! Have used air fryer, bake and broil options to date with no issues whatsoever. It does take up more counter space than my previous air fryer but that was to be expected!

You should have one. Top quality. Decent price.

If you do not have one of these counter-top ovens, you should. It will replace 95% of your need for a regular-sized oven. It's easy to use in every respect. Cooks all items as you would want them cooked. Simple to clean. Buy one. You will not be disappointed. (I was not asked or paid to give this review).

Many functions, manual is needed for charts

This oven is large in total size and the top panel is not part of the internal space. Even though the top panel does not contribute to the total space, the design purpose helps cook food evenly. I have this oven stored inside a sliding out drawer under my kitchen counter and looks pleasant. The display is clear and has many functions. The manual is necessary since there are different buttons for different settings and different on/off, temperature, modes, pause/play. There is also a chart in the manual that shows which rack to use and what pan or grill or basket to use. It was too small, so I took a picture and printed in a full page size to clearly tell what rack goes one what level for different purposes. It makes little noise and the beep is also soft. Oftentimes I don't realize my food is done because the heat dispersement is not that noticeable and in the airfry function, it immediately starts (no preheating needed).

A HUGE hit with my chef wife.

My wife is a retired chef and I've always loved buying her kitchen gadgets. I bought her an Merrill "toaster oven"; nearly the same price as this but was so impossible to clean that she refused to use it anymore. So we gave that away and bought another brand - not enough power and you had to set the temp and time, and WAIT for it to get to the temp and then hit the Start button, or it would keep cooking. The Cuisinart is a thing of absolute beauty, and is an absolute beast of an appliance. My wife barely even uses her regular oven anymore; she bakes perfect cornbread in the Cuisinart. This thing goes from very low temps to dehydrate things, to 450 degrees, and it doesn't take but a minute to get up to temp with the 1800 watts. I use the air fryer all the time and it's really handy that that's the first setting when you wake it up. It's so intuitive and easy to use; there's no confusion; it's just laid out so logically that I didn't even think about looking at the instructions. It pairs well with our SS-16BKS dual coffee station. I'm a Cuisinart fan.

Not an Air Fryer/Microwave/Toaster oven as I thought. My fault, I ordered wrong model.

I have had the Air fryer oven for about a week. So far I have enjoyed it. I made hamburgers and they were delicious and it did not smoke up my kitchen. I made a casserole in the included pan and it worked great, it was an easy clean up unlike my glass casserole dishes. I used the air fryer basket to make chicken nuggets and French fries together. I like the light to check my food. The negatives are the drip tray is streaked and stained after I cooked bacon in the basket. No matter what I clean it with it’s still stained. I don’t like the function having to be pressed to each individual cook mode, why couldn’t it be made to press the mode I wanted. I have gone past my button and had to do the function again. Not a deal breaker but I don’t like it. Many recipes take longer to cook than the recipe time stated. I haven’t managed to toast my bread the way I like it yet. The main complaint is my fault, I specifically wanted an air fryer with microwave capabilities and found a Cuisinart that was a combo but in ordering I ordered the wrong one. 😢Overall this is a very good oven and I would buy it again.
