Waste of money
After 4 months of usage both fans became noisy. Answer from support: "My team has advised the sharp vibration noise is normal". Also sometimes it's acting up with already proven cookware, gives an error "E1" and you need to turn off and on two times to get rid of the error.I regret I spent money on this. Will throw away and replace with something more reliable and with actual support, not this joke.

Error code
I've had an error code since I purchased it. The stovetop seems to work fine, so I have no idea why the code is present. I couldn't find anything out on the website that alleviated it.

Power use while off - 2 watts
Another review stated that the 12 inch cooktop used 49 watts while off. Not sure what might have been going on there but I used a Kill-a-watt to measure mine and it used between 2 and 3 watts while off.Anyway, I've only had it a month or so but I've been pretty impressed. My main concern was whether it would take a long time to boil a big pot since it's only 120v, but it has been faster than I ever anticipated.
