    Looks great but bad build quality and will not last more than a few years.

    Bought a copper brand in 2022. Very poor build quality. The thermistor on ours died and I had to solder a new one into it. The lid is made of cheap plastic that deteriorates into the water. I want to love this product, especially because we have the nice polished copper aesthetic going, but for the price it needs to have way better quality. Fellow customer support is also dire and non-existent.

    Rose color model kettle doesn’t sit securely on the stand

    I’m not sure if the rose color is an older or cheaper model, but the kettle does not sit flush on the stand and it wobbles. I ordered a replacement and that one had the same issue. I already own one of these that is a year old and it’s constructed differently and has a cut out section for the kettle and it sits securely on the stand.
