    Very hard to clean

    I am a very experienced cook and understand how to look after my cookware, including seasoning my pans well. After following all the instructions, my pans are a mess. Food is sticking to the casting even when using oil or butter. I am using low to moderate heat otherwise my food burns almost immediately.For the price I paid, I am very disappointed with these pans. I have had these for 2 months and will need to buy new pans.

    Love Them!

    I love this cookware! The quality of my food is so much better in this compared to my 25-year-old calphalon set. I love the vents in the lids. I love how easy they are to clean up. I have not put them in the dishwasher but they just wipe right out regardless of what you have cooked in them. It makes hand washing a breeze. The price on Amazon was much cheaper than other sites. I checked the Greenpan website and Williams Sonoma and Amazon was $200+ cheaper.
