    Terrible Product

    I bought these Green Pan Nonstick for Christmas after reading all the glowing reviews and believing they were a high quality brand. Huge mistake.After only a couple of months of normal use, the coating is already coming off and everything sticks to the pan. Cooking with them is a nightmare. The whole reason I bought these was for the non-stick performance, and they completely fail at that.At this point, I honestly feel like I either received a defective product or a cheap imitation, because there is no way this is the same quality people are raving about online. The pans look worn out already and perform worse than a basic inexpensive pan.For something marketed as premium cookware, the durability is terrible and the performance is even worse. Total waste of money and extremely disappointing.I would absolutely not recommend this product. Save your money and buy something else. 🚫

    Read this, so you do NOT make this mistake. Do NOT waste your money.

    Don’t waste your money!!! The after sales service is as bad as the product itself.I left one star because cooking on ceramic is really great and nothing sticks. This being said, our Greenpan pots and pan scratched very easily and i could see scuffs after only 2 months of usage. Please note that the pans are stored in a way that they do not touch each other, we are only 2 people using them and took great care of them. The coating process must just be of very poor quality. I reached out to their service department with details about the issue and pictures and received a canned response from their automated system within minutes, pushing back agains my request to replace the product. I tried calling the customer support line but got nowhere. I ended up frustrated and gave up. Shame on you Greepan!!
