    I would like to return

I just got up this morning to find my fry pan lid completely broken in a million pieces. Not even on heat. Don’t know what to do.

    Worth the price.

Very good product. Feels good to know that there is nothing harmful being released into the air and food.

    Clean cookware great performance

I have my full flavor, town cookware set at home, but didn’t have this pot so I ordered it and as I expected it, it’s just as great as the rest of the cookware. I would strongly recommend flavor, town cookware products if you’re looking for clean cookware without all the problem chemicals.

    Best Cookware I’ve Ever Owned

You season the pans before using, which only takes a couple of minutes per piece. There is a video on the internet as to how Guy recommends you season them. Once seasoned, these pans are awesome. They practically wash themselves with just water. Food, even baked on or left with macaroni and cheese overnight (Oops), they clean up beautifully with no effort. It says you can use metal utensils. I don’t have any because I’ve had to use silicone or plastic with every other cookware I’ve ever owned, but I feel certain it would be safe to use them. It is a little heavy, but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have weak hands. It may not be a problem for others. I really hesitated to spend this much on cookware. I usually just buy a nice set around $100 and donate or throw away when they start to look scratched. So spending almost $300 for cookware was something I had to consider. I shouldn’t have worried. I feel certain this set will last for many years. Highly recommend you get this set, you will not regret it if you love to cook!!!

Probably the best cookware set, dollar for dollar, on the market right now.

I made a video to support this review, as I really am a true believer in this cookware. I am an at home chef/cook, and love to cook. I cook all the time, it's kind of my thing! So while I was somewhat skeptical of the laser-titanium label, it made sense to me. So I decided to give them a try, and I am glad I did.Incredibly complete set, solid construction, with perfect heat conduction throughout.I definitely recommend seasoning, as I did on every piece in the set.The end result is amazing release properties and so far nothing has stuck. What's most amazing, in my opinion, is the price point: I did happen to get mine as a Black Friday special, but if you're patient you will find these pop up below $300. And for a set of this size and quality that is just so unexpected.Check out my video and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.Happy cooking!

Best non-stick pot I’ve ever owned! High quality!!

Perfectly non-stick! Seasoning the pot was easy! Made deliciously crispy Persian rice with tahdig that slid right out of the pot! It looked so beautiful and shiny too, unlike when using Teflon pot. It has a nice big diameter at the bottom so it makes a generous portion of crispy rice tahdig. It’s very sturdy but not too heavy with easy to grip handles. Bought it “used” for $10 less and it is basically brand new! Love this stock pot!

Great - but confusing seasoning instructions

After 3 weeks using this cookware, I would definitely buy it again.= PROS and HINTS =- They are non-stick WITHOUT the need for seasoning (see CONS). Watch my video with the egg. The egg in the video was egg #2 after I had used a tiny (teaspoon at most) bit of butter on the pan for egg #1. The egg slides right off the pan.- Cleanup is easy. Just rinse with water. I use soap, of course, but water get all the food off. We've cooked some tough sauces, rice, etc and so far it all just rinses off. I do not put them in the dishwasher even though the instructions say you can.- I have followed other users' advice and pre-heated the pots/pans first using medium heat.- I have not yet tested the limits of heat - going only to a 6 of 10 on the burner setting, but heat distribution has been good.- Of course the primary reason I bought these was because of the non-stick properties without toxic coatings. And so far that promise has been fulfilled.= CONS =- The Flavortown website is abundantly clear - you do NOT need to season these pans to make them non-stick. Just a little oil or butter when using them and you are good to go. However, the box comes with with instructions that say you MUST season the pans prior to use. Confusing! I suggest you do NOT season them (see PROS).- The Flavortown website support is completely useless. They will not respond to you at all. I emailed them to ask about the confusion with the non-stick description vs instructions and never received a reply. So do not expect them to help at all.- The lids (intended for the pots) are not totally secure on the pans. But they do fit if you need to use them for the pans.- They do not stack well. Storage is a pain. Other sets nestle together nicely. These do not.- The 5 qt sautepan is too big for my needs. It is larger than my largest burner. I'm used to a 4 qt pan. But it still works well and if you need a 5 qt sautepan, then this isn't a problem at all.

Manufacturing defect, slow warranty no stock spares

Manufacturing defect. See where coating is smudged leaving a high spot and thinning close to the aluminum core. Emailed warranty support on May 11th per instructions on website. Called after no response and got through but they could not help me and told me to wait for email reply because they are having technology challenges. On May 21st I got an email response stating there are zero spares and no ETA for when they will have them in stock. This is the most $$ I have ever spent on a cookware set. I am sad that I cannot use my dutch oven and cannot get it replaced. In hindsight I should have went stainless since there is no coatings to goof up in manufacturing and consumer safety worries about it flaking off into foods.
