    Great Buy

    Ordered this to replace ceramic cooktop that got broken and more than impressed. One thing I couldn’t find in the description was the size of the burners, they’re 11, 8 (x2), 6.5 inch. It’s amazing how quickly the cookware heats up (have been using cast iron and Henckels stainless steel so far). It does take a little adjustment time to figure out what settings to use, have found that what use to cook at medium on ceramic glass top only needs med-low now. Powerboost feature is awesome for boiling water fast and has been the only time I’ve noticed the fans kick on, but there still quieter than the range exhaust fan. Didn’t notice any extra fan noice or difficulty keeping up when cooking with 4 pans at once on lower settings either.No regrets so far, and have been using multiple times a day for 2 weeks now, will update if something changes.

    Great quality, excellent price

    This induction cooktop was purchased because I too frequently leave something slowly cooking, like tomato sauce or raspberry preserves, on too long because I am easily distracted. To help me avoid overcooking, an induction cooktop that can be set with timer controlled burners is what I wanted. I found it in this 30” cooktop…. and at about 1/3 to 1/4 the cost ($360) of the Frigidaire unit I bought and installed about 10 years ago! Small quibbles include small size timer numerals, lack of seconds display, to brief timer signal/beeping when timing ends. Otherwise this 4-burner cooktop performs very well. Also, keep in mind that there are no standards on cooktop size, so the counter opening needed adjustment to accommodate this unit, slightly smaller than the Frigidaire.

    the cooktop works as promised, it's a good value compared with some of the name brands, it takes a little getting used to the buttons. but if it lasts, i would recommend it
