Perfect for multi batch prepping
LOVE IT!!! I went from being able to make 1 batch of bread or cookies at a time to bring able to knead 4 loaves of bread dough at a time. It took a couple of minutes to get use to the controls but it is super easy. The size is great, not huge and so bulky it has to have a floor spot, ours sits on the counter.

Heavy Duty Mixer!
I have had this stand mixer for 2 weeks. The biggest negative is it is heavy duty emphasis on heavy. I knew this and can move it around, so be aware.I have made multiple batches of dough, a little over the recommended 4 lb limit of the machine and it seems to handle it without issue. There's been no indication of it getting hot, it doesn't slow down, it's worked really well.My girls and I even made one batch of banana bread in it, with a little bit of scraping the sides because the paddle doesn't match perfectly, but it still works for a small batches also.If you have had a KitchenAid burnout or chew through gears, I recommend this! Just be sure you have some way to move this, but that's just the side effect of owning a commercial piece of machinery.
