☕️ makes good coffee (just slowly)
This is definitely NOT like a bunn, so please don't think just because they look similar, it works the same. (Like i did)It is the Slowest coffee machine ever. Unlike a bunn where it literally pours through the same time you add the water. Which is just fine if you are not using it in a business setting that needs coffee made constantly and fast. (Which i am) so when your running a kitchen and go through lots of coffee like we do, it can definitely be a hindrance.BUT, it works, it gets the job done, and it looks nice. So, I give it 4 stars because its still worth the price and saves you from spending $500-$600 on a bunn. (Which I've had problems with in the past, leaking, not heating up, and etc. And their life long warranty is a joke)Just a word of advice, WAIT after you pour through the water, it will EVENTUALLY start. Don't pour more in, because it will then overflow, from the bottom, and make a huge mess. Yes, the overflow is at the very bottom of the machine. It just is very slow, so the water WILL start running through, just give it an hour. (Just kidding) give it a few minutes. The coffee taste good, and it seems like a pretty durable machine. Ive had it for a month now. We use it every single day, for hours on end. No problems with it besides that first encounter with figuring it out.Comes with 2 decanters.WARNING: it also comes with filters, DO NOT use those! I knew instantly what some people were complaining about, and knew they used the filters they provided. Those filters have a strange waxy film on them, which prevents the water to flow through them. In terms, it causes a huge mess everywhere. Ive come across filters like this before. So THROW THEM AWAY!!I give it 4 stars. Good durability, makes good coffee, and looks nice. Would of been 5 stars if it worked a little faster. But overall its a good machine at a good price.

Good coffee maker
I very much like the coffee maker !! Wish it had a stop brew to so you could fill a cup while it was still brewing ! It is replacing a Kurig coffee maker.

Coffee pot review
Took way too long to brew a pot of coffee. Description said brew a pot in less than 10 minutes, when in fact it took almost 25 minutes.

Easy to use
I use this coffee maker in the work place with 71 employees and we make several pots every morning. It’s making great coffee with simple operation and easy to clean surfaces.

Perfect for the office
We love this in our office. This is a much cheaper but still made well option. Would definitely recommend to any office that drinks lots of coffee.

Very Good Drip Maker
This is a Commercial "Drip" Coffee Maker. Not a Pour over like the Bunn Makers where you better have a pot on the burner ready to catch the brew as your pouring it in. The reviews complaining about the extended amount of time to make a pot of coffee compared to the Bunn are comparing apples to oranges here. Yes they're both commercial coffee makers but one is pour over the other is drip. As for an extended amount of time around seven minutes as advertised, far faster than a Mr. Coffee or Hamilton Beach drip maker.I use this machine in my home and so far so good. Coffee is a staple and always on. The burner on the home grade models would usually give out and we were buying at least one a year. With this being a commercial grade maker I noticed immediately the coffee hot and staying hot all through out the span of the pot with no fluctuations in the burner.Stainless Steel a plus along with the fact this comes with two glass carafes, where as some others require additional purchase ontop of the machine purchase price.Personally drip machines taste better compared to pour over. Having used a pour over Bunn machine for years in the private break room work setting. Richer taste with driping through the grind rather than running right through it, but thats a matter of taste. The price point was perfect. I could never afford a commercial grade maker for 3 or 4 hundred dollars, so finding this one on sale I jumped on it. The proof is in the pudding as they use to say; if things change so will my review, but for now I'm enjoying it.
