  Good Plates, but no replacements available.

  I really love the quality and design of these plates. One plate arrived broken and Amazon was unable to replace it without returning the whole set. We have already washed and used the rest of the dishes so we are now short one plate.

  Beautiful, but shipping is bad.

  I love this dishes, but they are not packaged right for shipping. I had to replace the first set with a second set because two plates were smashed. I been using them for a week and noticed that a bowel has a little chip and a hairline crack. I am struck. I can't return just one bowl and I don't have the box any longer.Amazon but the Lenox box inside another box but did not mark it fragile .

  Not bone china!

  I was very excited to purchased this item based on their many positive reviews. This is NOT bone china. I have purchased bone china many times, primarily at Crate & Barrel and thought I would try this product as an alternative. Upon opening, it was very clearly not bone china.Bone china tends to be much more delicate with thin rims and very light weight in comparison to porcelain that tends to be much heavier with thicker rims. These plates are clearly more of a porcelain make with them being heavy and thick rimmed.

  High quality set of dinnerware!

  The Lenox dishes arrived in perfect condition, very well packed. The bone china finish is beautiful. Very pearly white color. They stack neatly and do not take up a lot of space, helpful with limited pantry shelf space. These are a big upgrade for us and we are very pleased with the quality!

  Great quality, pleasing aesthetic

  This set is absolutely what I was looking for. I've always wanted to have a set of bone china dinnerware, amd I'm so happy I bought from Lenox.The plates and bowls are a generous size. The plates are raised at the outer edge, which isn't obvious in the images, but I appreciate the feature.Simple, but very pleasing design (feels very minimalist).Clearly quality made without being super heavy or bulky.Also, I accidentally smacked one of the bowls against my cabinet door fairly hard, and the bowl was perfectly fine, so clearly durable.I look forward to enjoying this set for years to come!

  Beautiful!

  The simplicity of this set is perfect; they just arrived last night and immediately can see they can go from every-day to every-occasion! Lenox quality cannot be challenged. The plates and bowls are larger which makes them more versatile...they can all be used as serving pieces as well. Bowls will serve any big salad or soup very well. The coupe style will allow for the yummy sauces in foods to stay on the plate and settle towards the center. The decision to select white for its neutral pallet and bone china for its durability and lighter weight than my previous ceramic stoneware was definitely the right choice. The picture is not to judge my food but to show how much room is still on the salad plate with a jumbo sized egg bite !!!!!
