    I am returning the pan!

    I am returning the pan! The listing said dishwasher safe the instructions recommend handwashing. The listing said metal utensils OK the instruction recommend using wooden utensil.Very disappointed.

    Nonstick with a catch

    This pan's hybrid ceramic surface closely resembles less expensive hybrid skillets but the exterior is far superior. However, Zwilling rolled the edge of the pan to create a better pouring surface and in so doing they created a trap for water; soapy water will drain from this pan's rolled edge in the drying rack. I haven't figured out how to clean stains from the stainless grid without damaging the thin ceramic coating that requires oil in order to be nonstick. I returned this item.
