  Another good quality unit from Artisan Fire, all stainless and welded!

  I have purchased a few different units from this company over the months and they have been fantastic for the price point! Yes, you can get higher quality units but these are made of welded stainless steel and for the price you really can’t beat it. As with all outdoor fryers, be sure to observe the fill level and read the instructions thoroughly. Depending on what you’re after, you can get a lot of different variations from this company as well. So far so good, we fried a few different items to test it and it has been fantastic!

  Perfect size for our back yard

  This really is a great little fryer. We got it to do fish fries with the neighbors, but I can't see a single reason we couldn't also do a small low country boil in it. The oil trays are stainless, so they could boil water as easily as heat oil. It's a great size for a back yard setup, and it comes with two side trays in addition to the drip racks. It's honestly really simple to use. It's just as easy to use as a gas grill. Just hook up the tank, turn on the gas, adjust the temperature control. And light it. It works really well, each side has independent temperature knobs, and it's really easy to clean as well. IF you like cooking out as much as we do, it's well worth the money.
