  Heats up quickly

  This is a really good oven. It's a nice size if you don't have the option for a stove oven, I was its versatility at heat up really quickly and makes an excellent pizza or toast and even hash browns, what ever you happen to be baking. I also like that it will fit my 12 Muffin tray.

  We live the full time tiny home life, we purchased this as a full time oven, this is the best purchase we've made for this lifestyle. The door actually seals all the way, the heat is perfectly accurate, it's extremely easy to set up and it looks amazing. The price of this nearly scared us away, we purchased the larger sized one, I'm so glad we went with it.As soon as you start pulling it out of the box you can see, and feel, the difference in quality. We were using one of those cheaper convection ovens and compared to this we may as well have been using a candle under a plate. We've burned through a lot of ovens, of varrying quality, and this is hands down the best we've purchased. It maintains an even temperature, though it does remind you to turn your food, and can even fit our Dutch oven with the lid on. The other extra wide oven we used couldn't fit the lid and took forever to cook anything in it.If you're using this for the tiny home lifestyle I highly recommend it, we have been blown away by the quality of the oven and how well if evenly cooks our foods. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this and it's on a totally different level compared to all of its competitors. I can't speak as to how long the oven lasts, we've only had it for a few weeks, but you can see it's build to last a lifetime. If you're only using it part time you may want to go with something cheaper, it you're looking for something to actually use as an oven then hit the buy now button, you won't regret it.Edit on February 16th 2023.This over is still going strong and works exactly like it did when we bought it. We use it heavily and none of the markings have worn off and it still cooks to perfection. This is hands down the best Amazon purchase I’ve ever made.

One of the most expensive countertop ovens on the market. I feel it is worth every penny. The outer housing reaches high temperatures during extended use. I bought this oven to cut down on preheat times and heat in the kitchen. After months of daily use, it has completely changed how I cook. The air fry function is incredibly efficient, making french fries and chicken wings perfectly crispy. I routinely use the toast, bake, and roast functions, and they all cook much more evenly than my traditional range oven. The digital display is bright and easy to navigate. Things to Consider Before Buying . Make sure to measure your kitchen counters before purchasing. It runs hot, so you cannot store items directly on top of it while cooking unless you buy a specific cutting board pull-out top. Cleaning the mesh air fry baskets can also take some scrubbing. If you have the counter space and the budget, this appliance is an absolute game-changer. It is perfect for large families or anyone who loves to bake and air fry without heating up the whole house.

  It's a winner.

  This is a great little oven. I've baked quiche, salmon, porkchops, and bars in it, used the airfry feature for super crispy potatoes and reheating fish fry. I thought of it as something I'd use for a short time while renovation was happening, but I am pleasantly surprised by how versatile it is and how much I like it. The only "con" it has is the toast feature. Just get a toaster. It comes with some pans, two racks and an air fry basket. It's easy to keep clean. It's a winner.

  UPDATED!!!!! Great oven, (WAS) terrible (BUT NOW NOT) customer service from Breville

  *PLEASE SEE LAST PARAGRAH FOR UPDATED REVIEW*SEP25 - I have owned this oven for three years now and have loved it! It's been a workhorse and an essential tool in the kitchen combined with my cooktop. Easy to use, perfect size (not too much of a foot print but can cook a decent sized turkey), air fryer function gets everything nice and crispy, super convection cooks fast...it's wonderful! I did a fair amount of research before paying the $320 for it in SEP2022. It was a big investment for me and a pricy oven for the size but I felt it was worth it. Some reviews complained of steam coming from the door and vents. That did happen to me but I understand that to be a normal function. Some customers had issues with temperature reduction over time causing longer cooking periods. Happily, I didn't have that issue in 3 years. However, what I don't like about this oven is due to Breville itself. While cleaning the oven I BARELY touched the lower quartz heating element with a rag while wiping off the guards around the element and it shattered. I thought I was being careful. Take caution to not even make the slightest contact with these elements - they are unreasonably fragile!!! I have tried to contact Breville for replacement parts - they do NOT respond. I called, I tried their online chat (a chat agent is never available), and when I requested a callback after calling them 2 minutes after opening business hours (amazingly their call volume was too high at that early time to take my call), they never called back after saying they would "in a of couple hours". Research online has revealed others that had the same issue with the heating elements and cannot get replacement parts because Breville is not permitting this. I did find a replacement heating element with a part number that said it would work for this model for $20. It ended up being a couple inches short and was clearly for a smaller, probably discontinued or older, model likely before the Breville parts crack-down. A
