  Function and high-quality countertop oven

  I recently tried this countertop oven and liked having several cooking options in one appliance. The air fry setting worked well for getting food crispy without using much oil. The size is convenient for cooking smaller meals, and the interior light makes it easy to check on the food. Cleanup was fairly simple with the removable parts. Overall, it is a useful countertop oven for everyday cooking needs.

  Awesome experience, a very good air fryer

  I’ve really enjoyed using this air fry and convection oven because it cooks everything so evenly and gives food a great crisp without much oil. The temperature control feels spot‑on, so my roasts and baked dishes come out just the way I like them. The 360° convection makes meals cook faster, which has been a nice bonus on busy days. I also love how roomy the inside is, and the big window makes it easy to check on whatever I’m cooking. Cleanup is simple too, which makes me reach for it even more often.

  Can do everything a full sized oven can do and does it amazingly well.

  Summary: This is a high quality brand that used to make wolf countertop ovens. Ever aspect screams quality and thoughtful design. You can do anything your full sized oven can do except for things like a turkey that require size. This is better overall the Breville Joule but also costs more and lacks fancy tech features. It’s an excellent kitchen appliance that has earned the countertop space it takes up. I would highly recommend but it’s overkill if you just want to heat up left overs or toast things.I was diving down deeply in the countertop oven research hole when the Lotus Professional Series The Perfectionist became available and I was excited to give it a try.I am sad to say that I hadn’t heard of lotus before picking up this oven but upon doing my research I found out some interesting things. This was the same company that up until I believe 2025 was making Wolf appliances, yes the wolf company that makes 10K full sized kitchen ovens. I suppose Wolf decided to get out of the countertop oven game and lotus was left with lots of money sunk into making a high quality ovens so decided to launch this brand. You’ll notice that pretty much the only difference between this and the older wolf model is the dials are not red and they got rid of the roast function in favour of air frying.It’s immediately apparent that this is a quality piece of kitchen equipment. Unlike most counter top ovens it has a heat seal and everything from the drip trays to the racks is high quality and solid. This is way more than a toaster oven, although you can toast. I’ve been able to proof bread, then bake it. You’re able to finish steaks in here and bake a roast. On top of it you can air fry to perfection. For the bakers out there the 360 convection allows you to make delicate things like macaron cookies. In short, pretty much anything your oven can do you can do with this appliance, provided you can fit it in. For me that means most daily tasks aside from doing a turkey. It’s also nice that

  Fantastic commercial grade quality! Does it all!

  This Lotus Professional Series “The Perfectionist” countertop oven pretty much does it all! I’ve not heard of Lotus as a brand name before but I’m very impressed with the quality and thought that’s gone into this oven!It’s really a 6-in-1 design: toasts, broils, bakes (traditional or convection), air fry, warm, and proofs dough and pastry! I find the digital display and user controls very well thought out and easy to use!The interior comes with removable left and right side rack supports, which allows everything to be completely removed for more efficient cleaning! It also comes with a host of complete rack options: two traditional sliding racks, one bottom drip tray, air fryer basket and matching drip tray, and one broiler rack with matching drip tray.The oven includes a food thermometer to get the perfect internal temperature. It’s perfect for consistent beef or steak tenderness (medium-medium rare). I like that it easily plugs into the interior of the oven, and is designed to be plugged in and left in place during the entire cooking process.This oven also allows 6 slices of bread to be toasted at the same time. It does a really nice job of bagels and buns as well. More importantly though, this oven is every bit as good as my traditional oven! The best advantage is that this can be used as a double oven on holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving Giving, Easter, etc. I find we need two ovens during those busier family times! Secondly, instead of warming up our large oven this is much easier! It heats quickly and offers more features than our regular oven! I absolutely love the proofing option. I do make cinnamon buns and homemade bread so having the dough proofing option is a real advantage over my regular range, which does not have a proofing feature!This oven would be perfect for anyone that has a counter top burner system and just wants to pair that with a simple countertop oven!   This combination Toaster Oven/Air Fryer/Convection Oven does it all, and beautifully, as well.

  This is our first air fryer, and it was quite pleasing to the eye. Beautiful stainless steel, polished in many areas to a mirror finish. The most useful area for finished steel being the drip pan - easy to clean is the greatest thing about it. It comes with a full instruction manual, and I'm glad it did. It's not immediately obvious how the dials and buttons work, so we keep the manual open for reference when needed. Certainly, as we use it more, that won't be necessary. Our first use was to cook a frozen pizza, which had only a slightly browned crust. Following the directions on the package produced a perfectly cooked pizza, as shown in the photos. The usable interior size measures 12.25" deep by 15.5" wide by 7.5" high.This oven does it all - from bagels/toast to air fried French fries to roasting a full chicken. Three levels for the two racks to adjust height of cooking. More even cooking can be accomplished with the convection setting. This circulates the hot air more evenly from top to bottom of the oven. A temperature probe is supplied for measuring internal temperature of foods. Another welcome feature is a bright internal light - no more opening the door to check doneness!It's difficult to describe how attractive this oven looks on the countertop! And how solid and sturdy every piece is. How many features it has. I expect our cooking ability just went up 3 notches. Definitely recommended, but you might want to time your purchase for a sale price.

  Bentley of toaster ovens, I recommend an effective break in heating before food use.

  I have had the opportunity to try out this Lotus oven, normally out of my price range, I can understand the value in this versatile countertop sized unit after cooking with it.Visually attractive and having a solid feel with some weight to it, door and controls also seem to be durable and operate smoothly. Circular rubber pads on the base of each corner keep from sliding and protect your counter finish from possible scratching. The included use and care guide offers useful information and is easy to follow and understand. The “before first use” section recommends something I have always done with new cooking equipment, to heat prior to use burning off “residual oils”. They recommend 450 for 5 minutes, not long enough in my opinion. I cleaned the interior and accessory racks and trays then placed them in the oven, I thought 450 for about 20 minutes should cook any oils, paints, or finish smells off, I was wrong. I recommend an hour or more, with windows open in my home the smell emitted was very unpleasant and I regret not doing it outside the house instead. A few subsequent uses and smell is now minor and going away I hope.Air fried chicken, onion rings, and fries turned out very well as the first meal, crisp and delicious with even heating. A chunk of ham another day on the convection bake setting heated up nicely, it wasn’t thick enough to try the probe out otherwise I would comment on that feature. Left over pizza air fried for 7 minutes was fantastic with crispy crunchy crust, I think it was better than the full size oven initially cooked the pizza days earlier. The sides, well 3 sides and the top get extremely hot, you need proper clearance around this oven, and no storing anything on top, keep this in mind during use and until oven fully cools.One thing is disappointing, initial inspection and interior cleaning brought to my attention some staining or rust on the “ceiling” area inside oven, but everything else looks immaculate.
