  Nonstick doesn't last despite the price.

  Gorgeous when they arrived but all pans started losing their non-stick ability after a few months and are now (9 months after the purchase) absolutely useless. Can't even cook scrambled eggs with them. The pots remain great and are a joy to cook with, but stay away from the pans! Thankfully Caraway and Amazon have been helpful in solving the issue.

  Ceramic coating peeling in less than a year of use

  Caraway is not a good brand. There’s far better ceramic cookware. The ceramic coating starts peeling off in less than a year of use. For the price, you would definitely expect a premium item. This is not the case.

  This pan could lead to a divorce

  This is the best pan I have used. I have banned anyone in my family from using it . I like my eggs not sticking to a pan, but for that I will risk a divorce

  Caraway 8" Mini Fry Pan

  Caraway is amazing! This 8" fry pan is the perfect size pan for frying up eggs or making pancakes in the morning. The pan is made very well, has a very even feel, and is completely non-stick. This pan is stove top and oven safe. Caraway offers non-toxic cooking and bake ware. I highly recommend Caraway products.

  Excellent fry pan with some exceptions.

  Excellent for most cooking/frying. However, it is not completely nonstick for all meal preparations. I boil smoked sausages until the water is gone then continue to fry for a crisp skin. After an hour something sticky was glued to the pan. Had to use hot water vinegar and baking soda so as not to damage it.However, for most cooking it performs well and cleaning is very fast. I have a Caraway baking pan I use in the air fryer and it performs even better. I have used many frying pans good and bad. This one comes in close to the top performers so I would buy again. I have never owned a non stick that remained non stick beyond one year.

  Excellent Pan

  Best pans ever! Not only are they beautiful, but they are healthy for you- allowing you to cook with less oil without food sticking. Caraway pans are a bit spendy, but TOTALLY worth it.
