  Gets hot and leaves BURN stains. This is not food stains

  Works good, but within one month it stains like this. I would not purchase again. Can’t wash off no matter how much I scrub. I think it’s because the oven gets SUPER hot. We hardly use it. I clean it every week and it still stains. But I think it’s not stain it’s more like it’s BURNT.A RECALL and REFUND should be allowed. A $400 mini oven should NOT do this within a few weeks of purchase.Do not buy especially if you have kidsIf they reach up they will burn their hands. This is dangerous and should be recalled

  Gets very hot!

  Unfortunately, the first one I got was steaming way too much and I had to return and re-order it. The second one I got it’s amazing works great and I love that. It has 10 and one I’ve tried air fryer, baking, and other functions in it. Love this oven. Also, the customer service was very helpful as well. He will recommend this. !

  Fantastic Machine. We love it. Food cooks quickly and evenly, glad we paid a little more than for other air fryers, but completely worth the extra expense. Highly recommend this product, it will do everything you need with reliability and easy settings. Love, Love Love it!

  Great Oven!

  Love this and use it every day. It is my second one and it is even better than the first. My first one lasted six years and its demise was my fault as I’d put it inside a too tight cabinet with inadequate ventilation. I use this every day, and it also functions well as a toaster. I almost never use my regular oven any more. I cook on parchment most, which rinses easily, so I avoid cleaning pans. Easy to clean due to the bottom pullout crumb tray, and somehow I never had any buildup on its walls.

  **Update!!!! 2/11/25 Pls read!** Really HORRIBLE countertop oven&toaster

  **UPDATE 2/10/2025** 4 months after purchaseI'm angry, mad, disappointed and baffled.This unit was not cheap. I wouldn't call it expensive either but def not cheap. I didn't buy this for a 1 time use. I'm not a dirty person, I'm really clean and care for the things I spend my money on. The unit I got is trash and I don't recommend spending your money on this or you'll end up in my predicament. I also don't ever come back to do updates on products let alone a criticizing one. Well the day has come and I hope my review reaches others and they take note. After only 4 months of light use this oven/toaster looks like it's been through WW1 and WW2 back to back. It's rusty to the point Idk it's safe to use it. It's not just rusted but there's stains that do not come off no matter how much I scrub. Also this unit doesn't close properly and always leaks steam and smoke around the door and trough the cracks in the back as seen in the pix theres light coming through from the bottom unionat vertical and horizontal surface cross. How is this possible??????? Please see the pix. Can't even understand how this happened? None of my appliances EVER looked like this even after years of abuse. Also how come others have not experienced this? Or are you guys not honest? Is mine a complete failure on quality control and if that's the case is this company therefore to be trusted?   I recently upgraded my kitchen with the VAL CUCINA Infrared Heating Air Fryer Toaster Oven. Usually, I don’t leave a review for the product but this time, I would like to share my impression and the experience I had so far. Amazon has a bundled option which is coming with the cutting board. While I reviewed the details of the cutting board, I decided to purchase it for both the oven and the cutting board.First of all, the cutting board is not only for its primary function. On top of it, its heat resistant material should protect the cabinets from the damage. I have put it on top of the oven for that reason. Also, the material itself looks non-slippery and heat resistant that prevent from scratching and sliding during food preparation. If I buy this cutting board separately, it’s another $40.00. Absolutely great deal!For the oven, my first impression was that it looks stylish and sleek modern yet also looks very durable. Its stainless-steel finish makes the product looks very sleek & modern and easy to clean. Also, it fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space, yet it’s spacious enough inside to handle the size for my family. The product title at Amazon already mentioned that 10-in-1 countertop oven. It has multiple cooking functions – clearly more than bake/toast/broil.. it has a specific toast and options for how many slices. It was quite impressive! As it’s a convection oven with infrared technology, it enables the even cooking. That is very nice!My previous countertop oven had a analog controller, whereas this product has all digital controller and two dials (one is for selection and the other is for the functional choices). I initially thought that I need some time to get used to. Actually it doesn’t require it, as its navigation and user experience looks quite simple and intuitive.
