    Espectacular!!!

Faster, cheaper, and more convenient to run.

Over the past 10 months of having this, we've used our traditional oven let's say 2 times. I kid you not, we've probably used this over 100 times already. Faster to heat up, uses less electricity, and has a set-and-forget approach where you set the time and temperature and it'll automatically start when it's done "heating up" to it, not like the stove oven where you have to, or should, wait until it's "ready" before you put things in.We were debating getting the double decker or larger versions of this and we're glad we didn't. This already has enough space to do most of what we need. Except maybe cookies, but with the normal oven we would've had to do multiple batches too.The one thing you should know is the size internally is not standard, we had to get smaller muffin tins to fit. Other than that, or even in spite of that, fully recommend, would do again.

    Poor Customer Service

This seller sent me a product that does not work. The seller was then unable to send me the correct return label after many attempts. The seller has poor communication skills.

    Lasts the test of time!

Bought this as a refurbished item, unsure of what I was really looking for and needed but knowing I needed an air fyer for the downstairs kitchen to use in the basement for the boys and man in the house because they all tend to dwell in the lower levels of the house.BOYYYYYY has this thing lasted the test of time so far! AND some heavy use!The pix and video attached are taken after a few yearssss of use, so ... as you can see, it's been loved and need a good cleaning tbh.QualityI love the quality, which clearly is of value and durability!VersatilityIs excellent to use for all sorts of foods! Hasn't failed me on anything I've tried yet!UsabilityI love the length and width of the basket AND how thin and space conscious the height is! I dont' need a super tall big bulky fryer for frying pizzas and tater tots and potatoes so THISS thing is AWESOME! I LOOOOOOOVE that I can swing the body of it up when not in use and push it to the back of the counter so I can USE THE COUNTER space!!! woooohooooo thank you to whoever thought of this!!!Comparison with other brandsPreviously had the instant brand fryer and liked that one, worked well but it died after a couple years. So was skeptical when I bought this b/c I didn't want to spend a chunk of money to only have it for a couple years. So far this one is as similar quality, works just as well on all the same foods. SPACE savings knocks the other one out of the park though! Especially with how much space it saves WITH a bigger basket space... I can't NOT love this one and choose this one every time.THANKS Ninja! You da best on this one!

    The best purchase

Best purchase we’ve ever made! Haven’t used my oven since we bought it. It’s been so hot outside, my kids love pizza and with this we don’t heat up the whole house. Easy to use and clean. Has worked fantastic for toast, chicken, pizza and homemade french fries.

I'm impressed and recommend unless you need more height

First, it is probably important to know that I am transitioning from an old Samsung Convection Toaster Oven to this and I have only been using this for two weeks.I looked at other options but they seemed huge (in size). One of the complaints I have read about the Ninja SP101 is that it is smaller. It is. It is good sized in depth and width but lacks (for some) in height. For me, that works but even when I made a good sized amount of nachos I had to press it down a bit so it didn't get too near the heating element. I am single and cook for 1-2 people and this is ideal. It takes up a bit larger footprint than my ancient Samsung but is lower profile. I don't mind the lower profile (I prefer it) and unless you are wanting to cook multiple items or any foods that are higher vertical then this is fine. It also looks good sitting on my counter.PROS:I like the controls and after a short learning curve is pretty simple to use. This pre-heats up quickly and cooks fast. The first item I cooked was frozen fries and used the Air Fryer. The fries were crisp and tasty. I was very happy with this.I toasted bread and bagels and it seemed to toast fairly uniformly taking a bit longer that I thought it would considering how powerful this oven is. I'm good with this.I used Air Broil to make nachos and it was perfect and quick!I used Bake to make some cookies and used parchment paper and it worked well.I ordered the casserole dish, thinking the higher sides would help prevent messes. Last night I cooked a wok dinner with tofu cubes, peppers, onions, noodles (boiled first), carrots, broccoli, celery and cashews with a teriyaki marinade. OMG, this was so good and no messes and the new casserole dish is non stick and although lighter and most likely cheaper (in quality), I prefer using this to the pan that came with the oven. Dinner was delicious!I have not used Dehydrate and Keep Warm functions yet.The light is a nice feature.CONS:During Air Fry the left front corner seems to cook hotter an
