  Great value and quality! It’s a great air fryer and especially cause it’s 16 quarts in size. We’ve really loved this in our office workshop break room - as it not only heats up food — without using a microwave. Instructions are easy and the size is perfect for six (6) people to reheat their food individually without using a microwave. Oil use is minimal which is a bonus. We really appreciate the digital screen.

  Works pretty darn well

  So I ordered this air fryer to take to our cabin to be used there. I unboxed it at home so I could try it out and give it a review.It came very well packaged to prevent any damage. Once it was unboxed, I did as the instructions suggested and wiped it all out well including the trays and basket with a warm soapy water. I then preheated it to rid it of any smells that may come off it from being new. I am glad I did because I did smell some fumes until it was well heated. Then to program it…this took a bit of time as the instructions aren’t as thorough as they should be. My son and I got it right after a few tries.I only used it to make chicken strips and fish portions so far. I started with fish on the top wire tray and also some in the lower basket. I synchronized both levels and set my time and temp. The top wire tray cooked much better than the lower basket did, getting a better crisp and brown whereas the lower basket was cooked but not as crispy. When I did the chicken I only used the top wire tray.It will take some playing around with, but I was thoroughly impressed. There is a cookbook included with items such as French toast, a whole chicken and desserts too. You can cook complex things and set your own times or even do simple settings by using the preset buttons on certain things.One thing to be aware of is where you set this. The heat blows out the back of the oven while it is cooking and you won’t want to have this too close to the wall as I imagine it could really warm the area up. I pulled it away from the wall when I used it and had no problems at all.Nice unit, much better than my regular basket air fryer.

  Great for quick dinners

  For busy weeknight dinners, this has been really handy on my counter. The 16-quart size is big enough for a 9-inch pizza or a decent batch of wings, and I like being able to check food through the viewing window instead of opening it every time. It’s also super quiet compared to my microwave, which surprised me. What bugged me is the learning curve - the booklet could be clearer, and the presets felt a little confusing at first. I also noticed the top wire tray crisped food better than the lower basket, so I’ve had to play around with placement a bit.

  So many flaws!

  1. It doesn’t come with a baking rack.2. It’s very confusing to use even with instruction manual.3. Crisper rack is flimsy and feels like it can tear my skin when I hold it.4. Definitely not worth the price!

  New favorite

  It cooks incredibly fast and evenly, which has made weeknight meals so much easier. One of my favorite features is the large glass doors and interior light, and being able to clearly see how the food is cooking without constantly opening the doors is a huge plus.The air fryer function works great, giving food a crispy texture without using much oil, and the spacious interior fits much more than a standard toaster oven. It also looks sleek on the countertop and feels very well made. Definitely worth the purchase if you want a versatile appliance that saves time and cooks consistently well. It’s not very loud so that’s a bonus to.

  Smart Purchase?

  Well the product looks good on my Counter top BUT the operation manual is mostly worthless. You would assume that a product that has 9 different functions would have a button that switches between functions Like Bake, Toast, Broil, Air Fry, so you could have a idea just what function you are using, NO SUCH LUCK, I'm still trying to figure out how to toast a piece of bread on BOTH sides! I have no idea what level the rack should be on for any of the different applications, what if i want to make a casserole do i simply sit it on the bottom of the unit and hope for the best?I'm sure it's a quality product but it's going to take me 6 months of experimentation to figure out if it was a smart purchase. I'll let you know in 6 months.

  Had to wait another day because they had no time but I got it and so far made fish sticks and mad them very Christy I love the look and the little window fits perfect on my counter next to my stove so works very well it was easy to set up and cleaning is great

  The perfect size

  Perfect size, not too big not to small, big enough to fry a chicken. Better than expected. It makes great cheese toast. Easy to clean, and yes you need to clean it after you use it, when I didn't everything tasted burnt. The accessories work great. Will recommend it to friends
