  Après 3 ans et une utilisation sporadique… il n’enlève plus l’air et veux celler quand même…Vraiment déçue … au prix que ça coûte!!!

  Entièrement satisfait quoi que un peut "encombrante" sans l'être trop... très convivial sans trop de manipulation vraiment parfait quand on a plusieurs emballages a faire. Si c'était à refaire je referais ce choix!

  *update* Utterly worthless!!

  I had an older foodsaver model, had it for close to 10 years and I put it thru the paces. Finally died. After researching several models I purchased this model with high hopes. I am attempting to vacuum pack blanched broccoli and even on the "moist" setting, the bag will not seal. Several attempts have resulted in zero satisfactory results. Dumpster fodder is all this thing is. I could easily vacuum pack and seal moist foods with my old foodsaver model with ease. Not this piece of junk. Needs a good sledgehammer.*update* I tried several different ways trying to seal "moist" foods with this model, with limited success. Never had that issue with my old foodsaver model. Spent 15 minutes trying to get one package to seal. Finally took a sledgehammer and smashed it to bits then threw it in the dumpster. That is where it belongs. Absolutely do NOT buy this product. I will look for an entirely different brand of vacuum sealer. Bye bye Foodsaver brand. Keep your junk.

  Worked Well at First, But Didn’t Last and Support Was Frustrating

  I really wanted to like this FoodSaver. When it worked, it did a decent job sealing bags and preserving food. The suction is strong, and the different modes are convenient.Unfortunately, it didn’t even last two years. It started failing and would stop sealing properly. Customer support was frustrating and I had to repeat troubleshooting steps over and over with no real resolution.Overall, it works okay while it works, but I expected better longevity and support for the price.
