  Have been using ours for 5 plus years and love it, the only thing is that it doesn't have a add time button. We cook everything that can fit in it. Even frozen pizza we cut in in half and use two trays.

  Great Alternative to Microwave & Great for Meal Prep

  Works well & has a lot of great bells & whistles - I use mine almost daily & much more than the microwave. It is not the easiest to clean if you’re not doing so regularly. Once grease gets baked in somewhere, it can be really hard to get off. Crumbs also get stuck in the door hinge and fall under the machine. Make sure to use in a well ventilated area - I had mine tucked in the corner of my counter and the backsplash and cabinets above were caked in grime.

  Cooks Great…but, Get Ready for 2 Areas You’ll Have to Get Creative to Clean!

  It cooks really well & the 3 pans are a snap to clean; however, that deep cleaning that would last a long time (i.e. In between the glass door you cannot clean it because you can’t reach it) but water will get in it along with grease, steam etc. But the true bane of my existence: when you open the door and lift it out so that you can clean it separately, you see all kinds of food particles there that you can’t reach what I have done is used everything from a chopstick wrapped in paper towel to get in there or what works best probably the brushes for stainless steel straws. They are long enough and the brush helps get the food out. They should really make that where there’s a button where you can open it and all of that would fall out like a toaster. Besides that those two things are my only complaint. I love using it— but those two cleaning points are critical and need fixing. I’ve had it for about 5 years & it’s still going strong!

  New and maybe not so improved

  This one replaced my last one that literally was falling apart from use (plastic chipping). But loved it enough to hope newer model would remedy that. Can't tell yet. But like anything you buy again, you notice things. I hate how this beeps ten minutes after the door is left open - always beeps while I'm eating (not really a negative I guess). Timing is off - you open the door and it doesn't immediately stop (ok, barely a second - but I notice these things). finally the fan is so strong I can't use the very light pan liner I've come to love in some instances where it blows up against the heating element. FIRE!

  Best investment!

  Love this airfreight. Planning ahead for meals is a lot easier when you can just change your mind last minute and still come up with something great to eat. I even bake rills in it! It's as fast as the microwave, but looks and tastes so much better.
