    Quite good to use

    Quite good to use, but scratches easily like any other non-stick pan. This is not what the marketing implies. Mine became scratched when placed on top of other things when washing up.Overpriced for what is just a good quality non-stick pan.

    Special surface is good for cook, no matter meat or fish, perfect to cook, very easy to clean. Apply less oil could still make good delicious food.

    A great wok, we had it because it is cheaper than the non-induction version. If there is any downside, the bottom shows a bit rust, and heavier than the non-induction version.

    Questionable Non-stick, worst lid ever.

    There are 2 main issues:1. Surface roughness, the surface is very rough in touch, a simple egg test and it stuck on the surface, so the non-stick part does not aid the cooking experience. Cleaning is fine.2. The un-usable lid, small lid handle + steam vent is the worst combination, the lid handle will be heated up by the passing steam very quickly and became too warm to touch, it also put the user's fingers very close to the vent doors, a hazard, also the vent door does not have any locking mechanism, so it will walk itself open during usage.In my first trial run, the lid was the main issue.Running steam heated it up very quickly.Running steam shooting from the vents was very scary for me to try grabbing the handle by bare handsHandle is too small to be grabbed with oven mitts on.So it stuck there, I had to stop cooking and let it cool down naturelly.It is very disappointing for a $200+ pan/wokIf they can offer the pan/wok itself without lid,It could be a solid buy if the user values durability over cooking experience.With the lid, No.
