    Going to try again

Great price and the burners that worked quickly heated the pan to accurate temps. One of the five burners was bad at installation. Threw an error code.

    Left side burners defective.

It looks nice and was an easy hookup but both left burners kept giving "E0" error, meaning no pot on stove, even though we tried various pots and pans. I tried cooking on right side but it would just turn off by itself and I would have to restart the cooking temp to finish our dinner meal. I would not recommend this cooktop. The price is great but you get what you pay for. Cheap and defective!

    Affordable

The internal cooling fans are a little louder than the whirlpool that quit on us but at a fraction of the price the stove top is a perfect replacement for us! It looks good and gets to temp fast, so far so good, would definitely buy again.

    Safety Factor

So far so good. Love the no risk fire situation from the actual burners. Since the heat goes directly into the metal pan. The only caveat is you must use pans that have steel in them that a magnet will stick to or it will not, will not work with aluminum pansYou can literally put a piece of paper right alongside a boiling pot of water and it will not catch fire. The cooktop does get hot from heat transfer to the glass cooktop.but not to the point of a severe burn.Great for seniors to cut down on burns and possible fires.

    Outstanding Performance

This cooktop works flawlessly. The induction heating is fast, responsive, and very efficient. I love the spacious 30-inch surface and the five burners—they make cooking multiple dishes easy. The controls are intuitive, the glass surface is sleek, and cleanup is simple. Excellent product for the price.

    Disappointed

We cooked on an Ikea induction Electric Stove Top for years but I dropped a heavy cast iron an on it an cracked the glass, when I dropped it a second time it shattered and it was time to get a new induction Electric Stove Top, so while I had misgivings about this being so cheap we bought it.The Ikea had nine evenly spaced heat temperatures and after a while it was possible to do very precision cooking. Not the case with this one which boils waster at just the #3 setting from there on up it's very hot and hard to control. I wish I knew this before I ordered , you get what you pay for.

GREAT INDUCTION STOVE, THE WIFE IS VERY HAPPY!

My wife loves this induction stove! After 25 year of using a gas countertop we finally made the change to an induction countertop. Before we made the removal of the old gas countertop, we started using an induction portable single warmer stove, the little unit was doing great but the problem was the metal adapters we tried complete induction set of pans and the same results, my wife had some brand new old style thicker pans, but she didn't like that after getting hot every time that she was trying to cook food was getting stuck on hot metal, I tried the pans myself with the same results, but I noticed that the temperature was getting very hot quickly and I decided to make my own induction adapters for my wife, after trying the adapters that I made my wife was convinced to make the changed.I run all the wiring installing a new sub panel near my kitchen because this unit needs a decent amount of watts, I'm using 240 volts. The installation was not very difficult, but this unit was about a 1/4" to big for the countertop cut out, there was some cutting with an angle grinder and some dust, but after the I was able to finish the installation. This unit works great, with the adapters my wife can use her all her old favorite pans. She doesn't need more than 5 or 6 of the heating temperature on the touchscreen. She wants me to make a bigger adapter for her large pans.We made the change to induction because of safety and the other reason is that we are off-grid and all our power is generated by solar power, no more gas in the kitchen, our AC system are several high efficiency mini splits with heaters, 80 gallons water heater heat pump, we are thinking about getting the all in one washer/dryer heat pump to stop using gas.My wife is very happy with her induction countertop because of the fast speed to cook, the cleaning is very easy and it looks great.Quality we don't know yet time will tell, it does look like a very good quality countertop. Our house is an old house but with this cou

A very good, powerful budget cooktop!

I bought two of these for both my wife and daughter, and they both LOVE them! MAKE SURE that your cookware is actually rated for induction ranges, or you’ll be replacing your pots & pans, too. Cast iron is FANTASTIC on this range! Gets hot VERY quickly and has precise heat control. It’s our first induction cooktop, but the noise level seems reasonable. Totally flat surface is a snap to clean! The lock feature foils inquisitive little ones, too! I had to make only minor modifications to my countertop as the previous cooktop had rounded edges whereas this one is fully rectangular, but I knew that when I ordered it. It only took about 30 minutes to install it. Overall, were very satisfied with the unit, especially considering its low cost.
