Great quality and easy to use
This is my first pressure canner and I am very happy with my choice. I have made a few batches and the process was easy.

Great product
I love this pressure cooker and canner. I was afraid to use one but my mom came up and shown me how to use it and it was so easy! I plan to use this almost daily throughout the summer.

Great pressure canner and cooker
Bought this to pressure can but also really convenient that it can pressure cook as well. Works really well and the interface isn't cluttered with useless buttons nobody uses.

Awesome Pressure Canner
Love this canner. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The convenience of using this is worth the trade off for a smaller jar capacity.

Works great 👍
I love this. So easy. Bought in Dec. 2024. I had Bought the $400.00 Presto canner. It is very hard to use. A lot of steps. This one is small. I will sell my Presto and get another Nesco.

A pressure cooker that doesn't scare me to use!
I have had this canner in my cart for two years, and finally bought it on clearance and I LOVE it! I grew up in the 60's and my mom used her pressure canner a few times a month. I "hated" those days as she had instilled in my siblings and I a fear that if we weren't very careful when walking through the kitchen it would explode, causing great harm...or death. ( I may be exaggerating the death remark, but honestly not sure). She was not a canner, but would cook roasts and other meals in it.I started canning shortly after we were married with a water bath canner. Eventually I wanted to do beans which said they needed to be pressure canned, so I bought one. The childlike fear had not disappeared when I would hear the weight jiggling, so my husband would do that canning. My microwave is above my stove so it can't be used while using the pressure canner. Also, I am short, 5'3", so it was hard, and heavy for me to lift or fill the canner. Also the lid was very heavy.I had read many reviews on the different brands of electric pressure canners, as well as watched numerous videos. This canner was given the best reviews, so I took the plunge, and am so happy! The picture above is my first time canning meat. It was so easy, and delicious! I have bought canned chicken in the past for recipes which has worked out fine. However, when I opened a jar of the chicken I canned, the wonderful smell and delicious looking made me reach in the jar to taste it. It was unbelievable! It tasted like it had been freshly roasted. I have never had the desire to eat any of the canned chicken I used to buy before it was incorporated into a recipe. This unit can be used as a pressure canner, water bath canner, crockpot (has a removal liner), or warmer. It is digital, and has easy to read and understand directions.Because it is smaller, only 5 pints or quarts can be done at a time. I will still use my larger canner for large batches, but this is perfect for smaller batches. I can can one or two jars ea

Loving it
I had been saving up for a digital canner that was twice the price when I saw this one. It works well. It's basically a multicooker that cans. It pressure cooks, sautes and slow cooks. No preset like rice or beans but I never use most of then anyway.A couple things about this one. It's not a set it and forget it deal for canning You set the cooker to high pressure and input the time to process and hit start but set to exhaust. It will build pressure and then alert when the 10 min timer starts. This is the time in the pressure canning you are making sure the pot is filled with steam. After that 10 min it beeps and you have to manually change from exhaust to airtight. Then it will start the timer counting down for the processing. When done it says to wait an hour and open. I don't mind this but I think the more expensive one is more hands off.The other thing is for quarts not all jars are going to fit. They say widemouth jars which I don't understand because they take up more room. I couldn't get 3 widemouth jars in there. I did fit 4 regular mouth jars. Be sure to fit the jars in it as a test first.
