  The oven does everything well that we have tried to date. Better toasting than our Breville oven we replaced as it didn’t have Air Fry function.This oven does everything as well or better than the Breville oven.The only issue my wife has found is the cleaning of the upper coils is a little more difficult.

  Love the oven. Using it every day. I have not had one like this so nothing to compare with. We decided this is better than running a big oven for two person meals. Seems to work great so far. The air frier is great for veggies, fries, chicken nuggets Faster than my big oven. Great pizza.Still working at getting sourdough 50% whole wheat bread to toast right.

  This oven needs to be swap the plastic for stainless to be worthy to purchase as non-toxic

  I decided to spend a much higher price for this non-toxic counter oven over the many other standard counter ovens out there only because it was advertised as non-toxic. What other reviewers on here are saying about a plastic smell that does not go away is 100% true, but the reviewers failed to mention what could be causing that smell. I think I know what it is, which is mind boggling to me why the company would build a non-toxic oven like this. If you look on the back of the unit, there is a big plastic vent that air is constantly flowing out of, even while just in bake mode. Yes, I said that correct a PLASTIC air vent having 400 degree air constantly flowing through it. It basically has the same smell as a cheap plastic hair dryer being used. 90% of this machine is stainless steel so why wouldn't they simply finish the job to make it perfect by making the vent also stainless steel. In addition to the plastic vent, there is also the plastic moisture cap with tunnel on the top of the unit. You put water through that very hot plastic tunnel which goes right in the oven. Again, if the main concern is non-toxic, why make it plastic and not stainless? Better yet- why even have a moisture cap/tunnel in the first place? A person looking for non toxic would much rather have less plastic and no moister tunnel compared to having it there to possibly make your toast less dry by 1%. If it is there, then make it stainless and not plastic. What makes matters worse is the customer service. Any company that sells this amount of higher priced counter ovens and other products needs to have a live person taking phone calls. They only do Email. I tried to request a phone call many times through Email and I'm still waiting months for a call back. The non toxic idea of this company is a great idea, but it just isn't there yet. I wound up returning my oven because of the smell and plastic parts causing the smell and since I couldn't vent to any live customer service person, I am doing tha

  Quality for the price, easy to use, and easy to clean! I love it!

  I have pretty low expectations for quality of counter top appliances these days. This one surpassed all of my expectations! It is sturdy and beautifully made. It looks nice, the inside is smooth and easy to clean, even when used in air fryer mode. The trays clean easily in the dishwasher. It toasts beautifully… another surprise for such a big appliance! I find myself using it daily, often in place of my regular oven, and certainly in place of my other air fryer, that does nothing but air frying, and does not live on the counter as a result. I also like the intuitive way the buttons work. There is really nothing to “learn”. It is just that easy!
