Easy to Use, quick, Heavy machine though.

Pretty decent, Heavy, wish it had a larger capacity, however.Works Pretty Decent, the hard part is finding a Good Mix for it.I'm on my third attempt with soft-serve Ice-Cream Powder brands. Most don't dissolve enough and leave a bit of a sugary or grainy effect to the Ice-cream.I did have decent luck with flavored (Chocolate & Strawberry) Whole Milk with Heavy Cream. No matter what recipes say you need to heat the milk and dissolve the sugar fully in a pan then cool the mix.You cannot add and mix the sugar, no matter howe thoroughly, it will be a grainy sugar mess.

    Work great !!

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time!! It's very easy to clean and produces a great soft serve ice cream!! I've been using the Frostline mix with great results! It's not especially loud and the ice cream is ready in about 15 minutes. It's a great crowd pleaser at our parties !!

Nice but not perfect ice cream maker

Works well, makes good soft serve, have used both homemade ice cream recipe and premix that just needs liquid, instructions are vague though, increase in numbers makes increase in cold/thickness, main downside is the capacity, it’s very low, one quart max, you get 4-6 at most cones worth of ice cream before you need to make another batch

This is the Soft Serve Machine You're Looking For.

At the time of this review, we've made ten batches of ice cream with our Blizee. We're thrilled. In my opinion, the best soft serve comes out when using the 10 freezing setting on the machine.OK, now this part is going to be a bit hard to follow, but I'll do my best to explain it.After the machine is done freezing the ice cream, it'll go into a "keep frozen" cycle. When the ice cream melts a little bit, the compressor will kick on and re-freeze it. Let it do this cycle a few times before you initially serve the ice cream; it'll come out much more smooth and a lot less ice-y. That was the only disappointment we had, was that the ice cream was coming out with a bit of an ice-y texture, which, as it turns out, is easily fixed by following the above instructions. If you do this, it'll come out with McDonald's soft serve texture...maybe a bit more firm. But be careful! If you are using a recipe that is extremely high in whipping cream, DON'T keep it in the machine too long and beat the crap out of it with the auger! It'll start to make frozen butter that will stick like cement to the sides of the machine. The machine freezes fast, is relatively quiet, and extremely easy to clean. Unreal price point. My only complaint so far is that it'll only make just over a quart of ice cream at a time. When you're feeding ice cream to a family of four and a ton of neighbors (and their kids) you'll find you're going to need to make more than a single quart at a time! Also keep in mind that the machine's performance will vary according to the recipe you use! We've found that the "Triple Scoop - Premium Ice Cream Mix" here on Amazon ( makes both amazing soft serve and regular ice cream. However, I have to be careful using my family ice cream recipe, and remove it at just the right point or else it starts turning to frozen butter in the machine. So please keep in mind that just because you get poor performance from this
