    Praticamente è una cocotte ma leggermente più bassa, dove si può cuocere di tutto : arrosti, spezzatini, verdure. Provata anche nel forno con eccellenti risultati. Facile da pulire ed a differenza di Staub il fondo esterno pur a contatto con la ghisa non tende a rigarsi. Penso sia dovuto alla diversa vetrificazione che sulla Le Creuzet ha una finitura opaca.
