  From the videos it looks like a great buy. But it is way too "high maintenance."I read the user guide and saw how much cleaning and maintenance it needs and I didn't even bother to unpack it. Just returned it.

  I did a lot of research before purchasing this one, trying to balance cost against features and functionality, and I am very happy with my choice.This works right out of the box. The only setting up needed is attaching the bean hopper on the grinder and putting in the grill on the drip tray. It is plug and play. From there it is very intuitive and easy to use. The first cup came out perfectly, and I’ve been enjoying a great cup of coffee every day since. Huge upgrade in coffee quality compared to my drip coffee maker. I would say the only learning curve will be figuring out which grind level is right for you - that took a little trial and error. Next up - latte art!

  Poor Coffee Quality & Difficult to Use

  Very disappointed with this machine. The coffee comes out cold, bitter, and often with grounds in the cup. The milk frother makes a mess, cleaning is difficult, and the grinder frequently stops. Overall, the coffee quality is poor, and the machine is far too complicated to use. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it.

  Exceeded expectations on day one!!

  I received this machine today and couldn’t wait to test it and honestly I’m impressed. Setup was straightforward, packaging was solid, and everything felt well built right out of the box.The espresso quality is excellent. With fresh good quality beans, the shots I’m pulling are better than what I usually get at many fancy coffee shops. For cappuccino, my recommendation is to use a single shot in the double shot portafilter and set the grinder to medium. You get a great extraction with good crema.The milk frother works extremely well. I was able to foam milk easily and even do simple latte art on the first try, which says a lot. Steam pressure is strong and consistent.What really stands out is how much control you get at this price point. Grinder settings, shot consistency, and steaming performance are all solid. This feels like a serious machine for someone who wants café quality drinks at home without paying café machine prices.TipsUse fresh beans because it makes a huge differenceTake a few minutes to dial in the grindDo not rush the frothingBottom line this machine delivers real espresso, not watered down coffee, and it does it reliably.   Not as easy to use as it appears

  Bought this with the intention of making the morning coffee ritual easier, but unfortunately this machine requires constant attention and produces errors regularly. Even on the high volume setting you get maybe a 4 oz cup of coffee. It works, but it seems like I am spending more time making this work than I did with the old manual espresso machine. Also, the Americano setting seems to just draw more hot water though the coffee puck, so I have found that to get my morning Americano that does not taste burned I have to do a double espresso, then a hot water, then another hot water push to get my 12 oz coffee. My wife's lattes seem to work ok, but it spits out some water every time you turn it on and it "warms up" for about two minutes before you can use it each time you turn it on. It is easy to clean, but I have found it t not easy to use. At this price point it may be a good value, but if I could do it all over again I would have saved for a better performance machine.
